Paris Day 1
First day in Paris with Thea. Started with a lunch at Boullion Pigalle. Cheap and average French food. Found that my beef bourguignon was better than theirs.
Then we went to see Monet’s Water Lillies which were amazing. Mona Lisa was underwhelming, but the pairing behind that was fantastic, so were Leonardo’s other works.
France’s famous painting of the revolution Liberty leading the people, Napoleons Coronation and the Raft of Medusa were amazing.
Ended the night with a cheese board that was good as well. Especially the aged Comte.
